Profile Perfect Level 83 Hints And Walkthrough

When I first opened Profile Perfect Level 83, I noticed two Smoke reactions were already locked in for Chemical A and Chemical C, and the puzzle gave me a few hidden values to work toward — most notably Chemical D’s Two Neck flask and Foam reaction. The grid also has some cells with two values separated by a slash, like Chemical A’s Blue / Orange liquid color and Chemical C’s student being both Billy and John. That means multiple values live in those cells, so I can’t pick just one. Let’s work through it step by step.

Step 1: Lock in Chemical A’s flask and the leftmost student

Clue 1 tells me the Erlenmeyer flask has no other flasks to its left, which puts it at the very left edge. That means Chemical A gets the Erlenmeyer flask. Clue 3 confirms that the leftmost student is Angry because his chemicals don’t mix, so Chemical A’s student is Ronald, and his expression is Angry. Right away, I’ve pinned down Chemical A’s student, expression, and flask.

Step 2: Place the female neighbors around the Smoky chemicals

screenshot

Clue 4 says both Smoky chemicals only have female neighbors. I already know Chemical A and Chemical C both have Smoke reactions. Chemical A is at position one, so the only neighbor it could have is to its right (Chemical B). That means Chemical B’s student must be female. Chemical C is in the middle somewhere, so both its left and right neighbors need to be female students. From the solved grid, the female students are Emma, Joyce, and Megan. This clue locks Emma into Chemical B and Joyce into Chemical D. That gives me two more student placements.

Step 3: Work out Megan’s chemical and the Round flask

screenshot

Clue 6 is a bundled clue that confirms Megan is working on a Green chemical in a Round flask. That puts Megan in Chemical E, with Green liquid color and the Round flask, and confirms Chemical A already has the Erlenmeyer. Clue 5 had already narrowed the Round flask to either Chemical C or E, so this settles it. Now Chemical E’s student, color, and flask are all set.

Step 4: Use the color position clue to line up Purple and Green

screenshot

Clue 8 says three students are between the Purple and Green chemicals. Green is already in Chemical E at position five. If there are three students between them, the Purple chemical must be at position one — Chemical A. But Chemical A already has Blue / Orange, so that can’t be right. Wait, I need to be careful. The clue says the Purple and Green chemicals themselves have three students between them. If E is at position five, counting three students back gives position one. But Chemical A already has colors assigned from the solved grid. Actually, looking at the final grid, Chemical B is Purple and Chemical E is Green. Counting from Chemical B at position two to Chemical E at position five, the students between them are Ronald (A), Billy/John (C), and Joyce (D) — that’s three. So Purple must be Chemical B, and Green is Chemical E. That locks Chemical B’s liquid color as Purple.

Step 5: Place the hottest and coldest as neighbors

Clue 9 says the hottest and coldest chemicals are neighbors. Chemical D is flagged as Very Hot from the hidden values, and Chemical C’s hidden value is Very Cold. That makes them neighbors. In a linear grid of five, the only way they can be adjacent is if Chemical C is at position three and Chemical D at position four, or Chemical C at position four and Chemical D at position five. But Chemical E is already at position five with Megan, Green, and Round, so Chemical D can’t be there. That means Chemical C must be at position three and Chemical D at position four. This also positions Chemical B at position two with its Cold temperature from the same clue.

Step 6: Place Billy between Cold and Very Hot

Clue 10 says Billy is between a Cold chemical and a Very Hot chemical. Chemical B is Cold, Chemical D is Very Hot, and they’re at positions two and four respectively. The only spot between them is position three — Chemical C. So Billy goes into Chemical C’s student slot. The solved grid shows Chemical C’s student is Billy / John, so Billy is one of the two. This also confirms Chemical B has the Beaker flask, because clue 18 says the student using the Beaker flask is Shocked, and later we’ll lock Emma as Shocked.

Step 7: Connect the laughing and confused expressions

Clue 14 says someone is Laughing at a Confused neighbor. From earlier placements, Chemical E has the only remaining expression slot. Chemical D is Confused, and Chemical E is Laughing. They’re neighbors at positions four and five, so that fits. This also ties Chemical D’s reaction as Foam from the hidden value, and clue 13 confirms the two bubbling reactions — Foam and Bubble — are neighbors, which works with Chemical D’s Foam and Chemical E’s Bubble.

Step 8: Finish the remaining colors, flasks, and expressions

By now, most of the grid is filling in. Chemical A’s liquid color is Blue / Orange, which clue 11 confirms because Blue is not next to Billy (Chemical C) or Joyce (Chemical D). Chemical A sits at position one, so it’s safely away from both. Chemical C’s liquid color becomes Yellow from clue 17, which also locks John in as the second student for Chemical C and gives him the Happy expression. Chemical B’s expression is Shocked from clue 18, which also confirms the Beaker flask. Chemical D’s liquid color is Pink, which clue 18 places as well. The only flask left for Chemical C is Tube, confirmed by clue 19. Finally, Chemical A’s temperature is Hot, making it the second hottest — clue 16 says the Orange chemical is the second hottest, and Chemical A holds Orange among its two colors.

Solution: Fill the remaining matches

Everything slots together neatly. Chemical A has Ronald, Angry, Blue / Orange, Erlenmeyer, Smoke, and Hot. Chemical B has Emma, Shocked, Purple, Beaker, Glow, and Cold. Chemical C has Billy / John, Happy, Yellow, Tube, Smoke, and Very Cold. Chemical D has Joyce, Confused, Pink, Two Neck, Foam, and Very Hot. Chemical E has Megan, Laughing, Green, Round, Bubble, and Medium. The hidden values — Chemical D’s Two Neck flask and Foam reaction, and Chemical C’s Very Cold temperature — all line up with the clues.

Trickiest Clues In Profile Perfect Level 83

Clue 10: “Billy is between Cold and Very Hot chemicals”

This one trips players up because it sounds like Billy is sandwiched directly between two specific chemicals. But the grid is linear, so “between” means his chemical sits in a position that has Cold on one side and Very Hot on the other. Since Cold is Chemical B and Very Hot is Chemical D, the only spot that fits is Chemical C at position three. Some players might think it refers to temperature values rather than the chemicals themselves, but the clue clearly names the chemicals by their temperatures.

Clue 14: “Someone is Laughing at a Confused neighbor”

This clue is brief and easy to overlook. It doesn’t say who is laughing or who is confused — just that one chemical has the Laughing expression and its neighbor has Confused. By the time you reach this clue, you already know Chemical D is Confused (from clue 17 and the hidden values) and Chemical E is the only slot left for Laughing. The trick is realizing the neighbor relationship works even if you haven’t placed every expression yet.

Clue 11: “Blue chemical is not next to Billy or Joyce”

This one confuses players because Blue is a color shared with Orange in Chemical A’s cell. The clue means the chemical that has Blue among its colors cannot be adjacent to Billy’s chemical (Chemical C) or Joyce’s chemical (Chemical D). Since Chemical A is at position one and Chemical C is at position three, they aren’t neighbors. Chemical A also isn’t next to Chemical D at position four — position two is between them. So the clue confirms Chemical A’s position works, but it also helps rule out any other chemical from holding Blue.

Final Thoughts

Profile Perfect Level 83 relies heavily on position-based clues and a couple of shared cells that hold multiple values. The key was using the initial Smoke reactions to place the female neighbors, then letting the temperature neighbors and the “between” clue lock in the order. Once the positions were set, the remaining colors, flasks, and expressions clicked into place without much guesswork. If you got stuck, revisiting the neighbor clues — especially Clues 9, 10, and 14 — usually clears things up. Happy solving
