Profile Perfect Level 264 Answer
The completed grid is right below, and after that I’ll run through the clue-by-clue solve so you can see how everything locks into place.
| Subject | Person | Weapon | Guard Post | Expression | Thoughts | Monthly Pay |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Guard A | Alden | Flail / Shield | Main Gate | Serious | Food | $$ |
| Guard B | Bronn | Sword | Watch Tower | Sleepy | Love | $ |

| Guard D | Darius | Spear / Halberd | Throne Room | Sad | Mother / Money | $$$ |
| Guard E | Eldric | Dagger | Armory | Sleepy | Money | $ |
Profile Perfect Level 264 Hints And Walkthrough
Profile Perfect Level 264 drops you into a castle guard lineup with five guards, each having a name, weapon, post, expression, thoughts, and pay. A few cells already have two valid values (like Flail/Shield or Vacation/Food), so you’ll need to keep an open mind until the clues narrow things down. The puzzle starts with two locked answers – Guard A’s name is Alden and Guard E’s pay is $ – so we’ve got a solid starting point.
Step 1: Lock down the first names and posts from early clues
Clue 1 tells us that Guard D is Darius, and Clue 3 confirms Guard A is Alden (already initial) and that Alden is thinking about Food. Clue 4 says the rightmost guard (Guard E) is stationed at the Armory. Clue 5 reveals that the king’s personal guard (Guard D) is in the Throne Room, and it also repeats that Guard E’s pay is $. So we can fill in:
- Guard D: Person = Darius, Guard Post = Throne Room
- Guard E: Guard Post = Armory, Monthly Pay = $
Step 2: Place the Mace user and the neutral guard
Clue 2 says the Mace user is Sleepy but hides it with a neutral expression – that ties Guard C’s weapon to Mace and his expression to Neutral. Clue 17 adds that the Neutral guard is in charge of the Dungeon, so Guard C’s post must be the Dungeon. And Clue 9 finally gives Guard C’s name: Cassian, who has submitted a holiday request (meaning he’s thinking about Vacation and Food). So we now have:
- Guard C: Person = Cassian, Weapon = Mace, Guard Post = Dungeon, Expression = Neutral, Thoughts = Vacation / Food
Step 3: Identify Bronn, the sword master, and the Watch Tower
Clue 14 tells us Bronn is on surveillance duty in the tall building – that’s the Watch Tower – and names Guard B as Bronn. Clue 8 says the Armory is farthest from the guard who only masters the Sword. Since Guard E is at the Armory and Guard B is the only one with a Sword (confirmed by clue 8 linking Guard B’s weapon to Sword), the positions work out: Guard B is at position 2, Guard E at position 5 – that’s the farthest possible. Clue 20 adds that Bronn is dreaming of his girlfriend, so his thoughts are Love.
- Guard B: Person = Bronn, Weapon = Sword, Guard Post = Watch Tower, Thoughts = Love
Step 4: Resolve pay grades and expressions for the lowest and highest paid
Clue 10 says the lowest paid guard needs more rest – that’s Guard B ($), and it also gives him the Sleepy expression. Clue 11 says the highest paid guard is holding back tears – that’s Guard D ($$$), with a Sad expression. Clue 18 tells us the guards next to Bronn (Guard A and Guard C) are not the highest paid, so their pay must be $$ (middle). And Clue 22 confirms that Guard E ($) is paid slightly less than the Flail user – we’ll tie that to Alden in a moment.
- Guard B: Expression = Sleepy, Monthly Pay = $
- Guard D: Expression = Sad, Monthly Pay = $$$
- Guard A: Monthly Pay = $$
- Guard C: Monthly Pay = $$
Step 5: Finalize Alden’s weapons and Darius’s weapons
Clue 19 says Alden is the best chain weapon user, which locks his weapon as Flail. Clue 21 says the Shield user has a stern expression – that’s also Alden (Serious from clue 7) – so Guard A’s weapon is both Flail and Shield. The same clue tells us Darius’s weapon is Spear. Clue 16 then says either Halberd or Shield is next to the Dagger (Guard E’s weapon). Since Shield is already with Alden (position 1) and not adjacent to E (position 5), Halberd must be the one next to Dagger – and that’s Darius’s weapon (position 4). So Guard D carries both Spear and Halberd.
- Guard A: Weapon = Flail / Shield, Expression = Serious
- Guard D: Weapon = Spear / Halberd
Step 6: Fill in the remaining thoughts and expression for Guard E
All clues have now given us most of the grid. Guard A’s thoughts are Food (from clue 3). Guard C has Vacation and Food. Guard B has Love. Guard D’s thoughts are Mother (clue 13) and also Money – the puzzle’s solved grid shows both, and clue 1 (“a lot of things in Darius’s head”) hints that he has multiple concerns. The only guard left without a thought is Guard E, and the only remaining thought in the set is Money. That fits naturally with Guard E being low-paid but still thinking about cash. For expression, Guard A is Serious, B is Sleepy, C is Neutral, D is Sad – leaving Guard E as Sleepy (the only repeated expression). Guard A’s post is the only one left: Main Gate, by elimination.
- Guard E: Expression = Sleepy, Thoughts = Money
- Guard A: Guard Post = Main Gate
All cells are now filled according to the solved grid.
Solution: Finish the remaining matches
After stepping through the clues, we have every guard’s name, weapon, post, expression, thoughts, and pay locked in. Guard A ends up at the Main Gate with Flail and Shield, serious and thinking about food. Guard B watches from the tower, sleepy and dreaming of love. Guard C keeps the dungeon, neutral but planning a vacation (and food). Guard D stands in the Throne Room, sad, carrying both Spear and Halberd, worried about his mother and money. Guard E guards the Armory with a dagger, sleepy and thinking about money. The pay scale carries the final verification: A and C earn $$, B and E earn $, D earns $$$ – all consistent with the neighbor and left/right clues.
Trickiest Clues In Profile Perfect Level 264
Clue 16: “Either Halberd or Shield is next to Dagger”
This one can throw you because both Halberd and Shield appear on different guards. You might think you have to choose, but the clue is actually telling you that one of those two weapons is adjacent to Guard E’s Dagger. Since Shield is assigned to Guard A (position 1) and Dagger is on Guard E (position 5), they aren’t neighbors. So Halberd must be the one next to Dagger – meaning Guard D’s weapon includes Halberd. The clue also links Guard A’s weapon to Flail, confirming that Alden isn’t using the Shield as his only option.
Clue 7: “Serious guard is not neighbors with the Sad one”
The serious guard is Alden (Guard A) and the sad guard is Darius (Guard D). They are in positions 1 and 4, which are not adjacent. This clue is easy to miss if you assume “neighbors” means just the immediate left/right. But it’s actually a simple check – since they’re separated by two guards, the condition is satisfied automatically. It also indirectly confirms that no other guard has those expressions (A is Serious, D is Sad) and that the post placements are correct.
Clue 18: “Guards next to Bronn are not the highest paid”
Bronn is Guard B, at position 2. His neighbors are Guard A (position 1) and Guard C (position 3). The highest paid is Guard D with $$$. So A and C must have $$, which matches the solved grid. This clue is straightforward but easy to overlook if you don’t map out the linear order first.
Final Thoughts
Profile Perfect Level 264 plays out like a classic logic grid with a handful of multi-value cells and a strong reliance on positional clues. The initial locked answers – Alden’s name and Guard E’s pay – quickly anchor the left and right ends. From there, the Mace user, the Sword master, and the highest/lowest pay clues build out the middle. The trickiest part is juggling the split weapon values for Guard A and Guard D, but once you realize that “Flail/Shield” and “Spear/Halberd” are both fully valid, the remaining clues slide right into place. If you got stuck on the neighbor conditions or the Halberd/Shield pair, I hope this walkthrough helped clear things up. Happy solving!
