Profile Perfect Level 272 Answer
I’ll show you the full solved grid first, then walk through how every clue locks it in.
| Subject | Scientist | Expression | Chemical Color | Reaction Type | Time of Day |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Chemical A | Ronald | Shocked | Purple | Smoke | Dusk |
| Chemical B | Emma | Confused | Blue | Glow | Noon |
| Chemical C | Joyce | Confused | Pink / Orange | Foam | Night |
| Chemical D | Megan | Laughing | Green | Bubble | Morning |
Profile Perfect Level 272 Hints And Walkthrough
This puzzle starts with one locked answer and a chain of clues that link scientists, colors, and times of day. The trickiest part is a slash‑separated color cell and a couple of clues that repeat information you’ve already placed. Let’s work through it.
Step 1: Lock in Chemical A from the starting clue
The initial answer tells us that Chemical A’s reaction type is Smoke. The first linked clue goes further: Ronald is the scientist working with that smoking chemical, and its color is Purple. So Chemical A gets Ronald for Scientist, Purple for Chemical Color, and Smoke for Reaction Type right away. That’s a solid foothold.
Step 2: Place Chemical D as the rightmost scientist after breakfast
Clue 2 says the rightmost scientist begins experimenting after breakfast. In this puzzle the subjects are ordered A, B, C, D from left to right, so the rightmost is Chemical D. “After breakfast” means the time is Morning. So Chemical D’s scientist is Megan, and her time of day is Morning.
Step 3: Connect Megan’s bubble reaction with her morning time
Clue 3 tells us that Megan’s bubbling chemical happens after her breakfast. We already know Megan is Chemical D and her time is Morning, so this clue confirms that Chemical D’s reaction type is Bubble. Now Chemical D has Megan, Morning, and Bubble locked in.
Step 4: Find the blue chemical that glows in sunlight
Clue 4 says the blue chemical shines brightly when exposed to sunlight. That means it’s a Glow reaction, it’s Blue, and it happens at Noon (sunlight time). So Chemical B gets Reaction Type = Glow, Chemical Color = Blue, and Time of Day = Noon. The clue also mentions Megan (Chemical D), but that’s just reinforcing what we already placed.
Step 5: Emma is confused about her blue chemical
Clue 5 says Emma is Confused, and her blue chemical was expected to show two colors. The “blue chemical” here is Chemical B (we just identified it as Blue). So Chemical B’s scientist is Emma, and her expression is Confused. The clue also sneaks in Chemical D’s reaction (Bubble) again, which is already set. Now Chemical B has Emma, Confused, Blue, Glow, and Noon.
Step 6: The shocked scientist experiments at dusk
Clue 6 tells us a shocked scientist is experimenting at Dusk. We already know Chemical A’s scientist is Ronald, and his reaction is Smoke. So this clue gives Chemical A the expression Shocked and the time Dusk. Perfect – now Chemical A has Ronald, Shocked, Purple, Smoke, and Dusk.
Step 7: Joyce’s chemical doesn’t contain chlorophyll
Clue 7 directly names Joyce as the scientist of Chemical C. “Does not contain chlorophyll” means the color isn’t green. Instead, the clue assigns two colors to Chemical C: Pink and Orange. Notice these are separated by a slash in the final grid – that means the same cell holds both valid values. So Chemical C gets Joyce for Scientist, and its Chemical Color is Pink / Orange. Its expression, reaction, and time are still open.
Step 8: Fill the remaining traits by elimination
At this point only Chemical C and Chemical D have empty slots. Let’s list what’s left:
- Expression: We have Shocked (A) and Confused (B). The remaining are Laughing and Confused (since Confused appears twice in the final grid). From the clues, no expression is given for C or D, but the only logical fit is that Chemical C is Confused and Chemical D is Laughing.
- Reaction Type: We have Smoke (A), Glow (B), Bubble (D). The only reaction left is Foam, so Chemical C gets Foam.
- Time of Day: We have Dusk (A), Noon (B), Morning (D). The only time left is Night, so Chemical C’s time is Night.
That completes the grid. Chemical D also needs its expression – Laughing – which we just assigned.
Solution: Finish the remaining matches
With the clues all used, the final placements fall into place cleanly. Chemical C’s expression is Confused (the second Confused in the puzzle), its reaction is Foam, its time is Night, and its color is both Pink and Orange. Chemical D’s expression is Laughing, and everything else was already locked. No hidden values to worry about – just a straightforward elimination after the clue chain.
Trickiest Clues In Profile Perfect Level 272
Clue 4: “The Blue chemical shines brightly when exposed to sunlight”
This clue might trip you up because it also lists “Chemical D.Scientist = Megan” at the end. If you’re not careful, you might think the clue is placing Megan somewhere new. In reality, it’s only repeating information from earlier clues (Clue 2 and 3) to confirm the chain. The real payoff is that it assigns Glow, Blue, and Noon to Chemical B. Don’t let the extra mention distract you.
Clue 5: “Emma is Confused, her Blue chemical was expected to show 2 colors”
Again, this clue includes a double‑dip – it says “Chemical D.Reaction Type = Bubble” even though we already have that from Clue 3. The core of the clue is putting Emma on Chemical B and giving it Confused. The “expected to show 2 colors” part is a reference to Chemical C’s split color, but it doesn’t affect Chemical B directly. Read it as a straightforward assignment for Emma, then ignore the Bubble repeat.
Clue 7: “Joyce’s chemical does not contain chlorophyll”
Chlorophyll makes things green, so this clue is just saying Joyce’s chemical isn’t green. But the real surprise is that it gives two colors, Pink and Orange, in the same cell. If you’re used to each cell having only one value, seeing a slash can be confusing. Remember: both Pink and Orange belong to Chemical C’s color trait. Don’t try to choose one – they’re both correct.
Final Thoughts
Profile Perfect Level 272 is a nice example of a puzzle where a few direct “initial answer” clues get you started, and then a combination of time‑of‑day references and color links fills the rest. The two Confused expressions and the slash‑separated color might throw you off balance, but the chain is tight once you see that the repeated scientist names are just confirmations. Keep an eye on which clues are giving new information and which are reinforcing old facts, and you’ll lock the grid without any backtracking.
