Profile Perfect Level 238 Hints And Walkthrough

When I started Profile Perfect Level 238, the only locked answer was Promoter B’s discount of 50%. The puzzle quickly opened up with positional clues about leftmost and rightmost ends, and a few clues that locked multiple cells at once. There are also two cells with slash-separated values – Promoter A’s sample product and Promoter C’s apron pattern – so keep that in mind as we go. Let’s work through it step by step.

Step 1: Lock Promoter B’s discount and set the crowd sizes from clue 2

The given initial answer tells us Promoter B’s discount is 50%. That’s our anchor. Next, clue 1 says Promoter C gets very few crowd members but not the least – that directly gives Promoter C’s crowd as x2. Then clue 2 is a big one: Randy has more than twice the crowd of Promoter B. Since Promoter B’s crowd is still unknown, the clue links Randy to Promoter A, sets Promoter A’s crowd to x4 (more than double any possible x1 or x2), and forces Promoter B’s crowd to be x1 (the only value less than half of x4). So now we have: Promoter A’s person is Randy, Promoter A’s crowd is x4, and Promoter B’s crowd is x1.

Step 2: Use the “Dotted apron between Tea promoters” clue to connect A, B, and C

screenshot

Clue 3 says the dotted apron is between promoters with Tea. That means Promoter B’s apron pattern is Dots, and both Promoter A and Promoter C have Tea as their sample product. So Promoter B gets Dots, Promoter A’s sample product includes Tea, and Promoter C’s sample product is also Tea. (Note: Promoter A’s sample product will later be shown to also include Cookie, but Tea is confirmed here.)

Step 3: Place Kate, Soda, and the 15% discount at Promoter D

screenshot

Clue 5 is direct: the fizzy drink Kate is promoting has a release sale of 15%. That locks Promoter D’s person as Kate, her sample product as Soda, and her discount as 15%.

Step 4: Identify the leftmost apron and confirm the subject order

screenshot

Clue 7 tells us the beautiful rose pattern is painted on the leftmost apron. That gives Promoter A’s apron pattern as Flowers, and also confirms Promoter D’s discount is 15 (already known). So Promoter A is the leftmost subject. Then clue 6 says Kate is at the other end of Promoter A. Since Promoter A is leftmost, “other end” means Promoter D is rightmost. That locks the order: left to right – Promoter A, then B, then C, then D.

Step 5: Determine Promoter C’s discount, apron pattern, and person

screenshot

Clue 8 says the promoter with the Fruits apron has the highest discount. The highest discount in the puzzle is 75%, and it belongs to Promoter C. So Promoter C’s discount is 75%, and her apron pattern includes Fruits. Clue 9 adds that Christine loves the Stars pattern on her apron. That gives Promoter C’s person as Christine, and her apron pattern also includes Stars. So Promoter C’s apron pattern is Stars / Fruits (both apply), and her discount is 75.

Step 6: Confirm Promoter A’s Cookie sample and Promoter D’s crowd

screenshot

Clue 10 says Cookie is three columns away from … (the rest is implied by the linked cells). With Promoter A at the leftmost (column 1) and Promoter D at the rightmost (column 4), the distance is three columns. So Promoter A’s sample product includes Cookie (in addition to Tea, making it Cookie / Tea), and Promoter D’s crowd is x3.

Step 7: Fill Promoter D’s apron and the remaining values for Promoter B

Clue 4 says the apron with Hearts pattern is next to… and the linked cells give Promoter D’s apron pattern as Hearts and also reconfirm Promoter C’s crowd as x2. Since Promoter D is rightmost, her apron being Hearts fits. Now the only unfilled cells are for Promoter B: her person (must be June, the only person left), her sample product (must be Chips, the only product left), and her crowd (already x1), discount (already 50), apron (already Dots). So Promoter B is complete.

Step 8: Verify the slash-separated cells and finalize the grid

Double-check the two cells that have slash-separated values: Promoter A’s sample product shows both Cookie and Tea – both are valid from clue 3 and clue 10. Promoter C’s apron pattern shows both Stars and Fruits – both are valid from clues 8 and 9. Every other cell has a single value. The grid matches all clues.

Trickiest Clues In Profile Perfect Level 238

Clue 2: “Randy has more than twice the crowd of Promoter B”

This clue packs three answers into one sentence. New players might focus only on Randy’s identity and forget that the crowd comparison also locks both crowd values. Because the phrase “more than twice” rules out any crowd size for Promoter B that is x2 or higher – the only remaining option is x1, and that in turn forces Promoter A’s crowd to be x4 (the only value more than double x1). So read this clue as a triple confirmation, not a single hint.

Clue 10: “Cookie is 3 columns away from”

The clue seems incomplete – it doesn’t say what it’s away from. But the linked cells tell you it refers to the distance between Promoter A (where Cookie is) and Promoter D (rightmost). If you haven’t already figured out the left-to-right order, this clue can be confusing. Once you know Promoter A is leftmost and Promoter D is rightmost, the “3 columns away” makes sense and conveniently gives Promoter D’s crowd as x3.

Clue 6: “Kate is at the other end of promoter A”

This is the positional key. Combined with clue 7 (leftmost apron), it sets the entire subject order. Some might misinterpret “other end” as meaning a different side of the same row, but it simply means the opposite end of the lineup. Without clue 7’s leftmost confirmation, you couldn’t tell which end is which – so always pair these two clues together.

Final Thoughts

Profile Perfect Level 238 relies heavily on positional logic and a couple of slash-separated cells. Starting with the locked discount, each clue quickly fills in the grid, especially once you identify the leftmost and rightmost promoters. The key is to treat the slashed cells as containing both values, not picking one. With that in mind, the puzzle solves smoothly – just let the positional hints guide the order and the rest falls into place.
