Profile Perfect Level 486 Hints And Walkthrough

When I started Profile Perfect Level 486, I already had a few answers locked in: Hayate’s costume is black, Ayane serves Nobutada, and Hanzo serves Kagetora. Three hidden values were also marked from the start – Hayate’s bored expression, Ayane’s invisibility skill, and Genji’s katana. From there, the clues steadily filled the rest. The trickiest parts involved counting weapons and reading slash-separated entries correctly, but the path is clear once you connect the right clues.

Step 1: Lock in the initial answers and hidden values

The puzzle begins with three locked cells: Hayate’s costume color is Black, Ayane serves Shogun Nobutada, and Hanzo serves Shogun Kagetora. The hidden values give us Hayate’s expression (Bored), Ayane’s special skill (Invisibility), and Genji’s weapon (Katana). Write these down immediately – they’re the foundation for later clues.

Step 2: Identify the Lotus clan ninjas and the grid ends

screenshot

Clue 2 tells us that two ninjas from the Lotus clan serve different shoguns. The solved grid shows only Hayate and Hanzo with Lotus, so both belong to that clan. Clue 4 adds that the ninjas from the Moon and Wolf clans are at the grid’s ends. Since the subjects are listed left to right as Ayane, Kasumi, Hayate, Hanzo, Genji, the ends are Ayane (Wolf) and Genji (Crescent Moon). That also gives us their clan symbols right away.

Step 3: Connect Kuro, Shuriken, and the Fainted ninja

screenshot

Clue 8 says “The most common ninja weapon is next to the Katana.” The katana belongs to Genji (position 5). The only possible neighbor is position 4 (Hanzo). So Hanzo’s weapon must be Shuriken (with Smoke Bomb as the second value). Clue 6 counts three weapons between Kasumi and the Fainted one. Kasumi’s weapon is Caltrops (from clue 3). Genji is Fainted (confirmed by clue 7). The weapons between positions 2 and 5 are Hayate’s Sickle (1) and Hanzo’s Shuriken/Smoke Bomb (2), total 3 – perfect. That also locks Genji’s expression as Fainted and his weapon as Katana.

Step 4: Ayane’s purple costume, thinking expression, and dual weapons

screenshot

Clue 10 ties the user of Kunai to the Thinking expression. Ayane has Kunai (and Poison Dart) as her weapon, so her expression is Thinking. Clue 15 adds that the Kunai user does not use explosives, which fits Ayane’s second weapon (Poison Dart) and her special skill (Invisibility). Clue 18 confirms the unseen ninja (Invisibility) is Thinking. Meanwhile, clue 21 makes both Ayane and Genji wear Purple costumes – so Ayane’s color is Purple and Genji’s color is Purple.

Step 5: Kasumi’s color, shogun, and special skill become clear

screenshot

Clue 19 states that Shuriken and Kunai users do not wear Blue. Since Hanzo uses Shuriken and Ayane uses Kunai, they cannot be Blue. That leaves Kasumi as the only one without a color yet – she must wear Blue. The same clue also gives Hanzo’s special skill part as Demon Form (he already has Mind Reading from clue 14). Clue 20 tells us Kasumi’s skill is Super Speed, and clue 22 ties that speed to Shogun Masakage. So Kasumi serves Masakage, her color is Blue, and her skill is Super Speed.

Step 6: Hayate’s shogun, weapon, and dual skill set

screenshot

Clue 9 says the Black ninja (Hayate) serves Ieyori. That gives Hayate’s shogun. Clue 11 adds that Ieyori’s subordinate is also a farmer – meaning Hayate’s weapon is the Sickle. Clue 13 then reveals that the one who is present is not the real Hayate – his special skill includes Shadow Clone. Clue 16 fills in the other part: the ninja two columns away from “-skilled” (likely Body Substitution) is nowhere to be seen, which gives Hayate Body Substitution and Ayane Invisibility (already known). So Hayate’s skill set is Shadow Clone / Body Substitution.

Step 7: Genji’s special skill and the final shogun

Clue 17 confirms the ex-samurai (Genji) can do Time Slow, so his special skill is Time Slow. The only shogun left for Genji is Yoshimune (since Nobutada, Masakage, Ieyori, and Kagetora are already taken). Genji’s clan is Crescent Moon, his costume is Purple, expression Fainted, weapon Katana – all accounted for.

Step 8: Fill the remaining cells

By now, every column is nearly complete. Kasumi’s expression is the last one to place – she’s Serious (the only remaining expression). Hanzo’s costume is Green (from clue 19), and his special skill is Mind Reading / Demon Form. Ayane’s weapons are Kunai and Poison Dart, her shogun is Nobutada, clan Wolf, costume Purple, expression Thinking, skill Invisibility. Everything fits.

Trickiest Clues In Profile Perfect Level 486

The “3 weapons between Kasumi and the Fainted one” counting clue

This clue (clue 6) can trip you up because you have to count individual weapons, not subjects. Each weapon entry that has a slash counts as two separate weapons. Between Kasumi (position 2, with Caltrops) and Genji (position 5, Fainted), there are two subjects (Hayate and Hanzo). Hayate has one weapon (Sickle) and Hanzo has two (Shuriken and Smoke Bomb) – that’s three total. The positional match works only if you treat slash-separated values as separate items.

The “most common weapon next to the Katana” clue

Clue 8 is confusing because “most common” isn’t defined in the puzzle. In this level, Shuriken appears only once (on Hanzo), but the clue’s real point is that the weapon next to the Katana (Genji’s) must be Hanzo’s. Since only Hanzo is adjacent to Genji, his weapon becomes Shuriken (and Smoke Bomb). The phrase “most common” is just a hint that it isn’t a rare weapon – it’s the one you’d expect a ninja to use.

The “one 2 columns away from -skilled ninja” clue

Clue 16 references a “-skilled” ninja – probably “Body Substitution” or another skill with “-skilled” in the name. The two columns away positions point to Hayate and Ayane. The clue gives us both the invisibility skill (Ayane) and both of Hayate’s skills (Shadow Clone and Body Substitution). It’s easy to overlook that it fills both the special skill cells for those two subjects at once.

Final Thoughts

Profile Perfect Level 486 weaves together a cast of five ninjas with five traits each, but the initial answers and hidden values give you a strong start. The key is to treat slash-separated cells as having multiple values simultaneously – the puzzle never asks you to pick one. Once you get the weapon counting and the Lotus clan sorted, the rest falls into place with a few direct color and shogun assignments. Enjoy the solve, and remember: when you see a slash, don’t ignore half of it.
