Profile Perfect Level 518 Hints And Walkthrough

This puzzle puts you in charge of four carved jack-o-lanterns. You need to match each one with its color, expression, hat type, carver, tool, and score. Two answers are already locked in at the start. Jack-o-Lantern C is Orange, and Jack-o-Lantern D’s tool is Drill. From there, the clues build a chain that fills every slot, including a couple of cells that hold two tools at once.

Step 1: Lock in the Orange pumpkin and the Cowboy hat

Clue 1 directly connects the classic pumpkin color with the Cowboy hat. Since you already know Jack-o-Lantern C is Orange, that same lantern must wear the Cowboy hat. So C’s hat type is Cowboy. That gives you two complete cells for C right away.

Step 2: Confirm the Drill user and the blonde carver

Clue 2 tells you the Drill was used by the blonde carver. You already have Jack-o-Lantern D’s tool as Drill. That means D’s carver is Valerie. Now D has two confirmed values: Tool Drill and Carver Valerie. This also tells you Valerie has blonde hair, which becomes useful later.

Step 3: Pin down the even scores for B and D

Clue 3 says multiple tools were used to carve both pumpkins with even scores. Looking at the score column, the two even numbers are 8 and 10. Jack-o-Lantern B gets score 10. Jack-o-Lantern D gets score 8. This locks B and D’s scores into place. Remember that B has two tools shown in the final grid, and D also has two tools, which fits the “multiple tools” part of this clue.

Step 4: Place the Chisel with the Cowboy hat

Clue 4 says the Chisel is not one of the tools used by people next to the Cowboy hat. Since Jack-o-Lantern C wears the Cowboy hat, you know C is not next to anyone using the Chisel. But a second part of this clue, combined with Clue 8, places the Chisel directly on C. Clue 4 ultimately confirms that C’s tool is Chisel. So Jack-o-Lantern C now has Color Orange, Hat Type Cowboy, and Tool Chisel.

Step 5: Find the Happy pumpkin and Valerie’s position

Clue 5 says there are three tools between the Happy one and Valerie. Since Valerie is Jack-o-Lantern D’s carver, the Happy pumpkin must be three positions away from D. The only lantern three steps from D is A. So Jack-o-Lantern A is Happy. That confirms A’s expression.

Step 6: Sort out the carvers for A, B, and C

Clue 6 says the carvers of Lantern A and B do not share the same hair color. Lantern D’s carver is Valerie (blonde). Clue 7 confirms Daphne used only the Spoon to carve the biggest smile. Since A is Happy and has a big smile, Daphne must be A’s carver, and A’s tool is Spoon. Clue 7 also states that Bill is the carver of C. That leaves Milo as the carver for B. So now you have A’s carver Daphne, B’s carver Milo, C’s carver Bill, and D’s carver Valerie.

Step 7: Add the Screwdriver and Drill to D’s tool slot

Clue 8 says the Screwdriver was used to carve details into holes made by the Drill. This places both tools on the same pumpkin. Since D already has the Drill, D also gets the Screwdriver. So D’s tool cell becomes Screwdriver / Drill. D now has Color Green (from Clue 11), Expression Evil (from Clue 13), Hat Type Party (from Clue 11), Carver Valerie, Tool Screwdriver / Drill, and Score 8.

Step 8: Give A the Magician hat and runner up score

Clue 9 calls the Happy pumpkin with the Magician hat the runner up. A is Happy, so A gets the Magician hat. The runner up score is 9, meaning A scores 9. This also ties back to D having the Screwdriver, which is confirmed again here.

Step 9: Milo dresses the Purple pumpkin with a Witch hat

Clue 10 states Milo makes the Purple pumpkin wear a Witch hat. Milo is B’s carver, so B is Purple and wears the Witch hat. The same clue also confirms A’s score is 9 and C’s score is 7. C’s score is now locked as 7.

Step 10: Place the Sad lantern left of the Green one

Clue 11 says the Sad lantern is left of the Green one. Sad expression belongs to C. Green color belongs to D. Since C is left of D, this placement works perfectly. This clue also solidifies D’s hat type as Party and A’s carver as Daphne.

Step 11: The winning jack-o-lantern sits next to the White one

Clue 12 says the winning jack-o-lantern is beside the White one. B has the highest score of 10, so B is the winner. That means B sits next to the White pumpkin. A is White, and A is next to B. So A’s color is White. B’s score of 10 is reconfirmed here.

Step 12: Evil eyes from the Drill

Clue 13 says the Drill was used to make the Evil looking eyes. D has the Drill, so D’s expression is Evil. This clue also repeats B’s score of 10 and D’s score of 8.

Step 13: Female carvers are not neighbors

Clue 14 says the female carvers are not neighbors. Daphne and Valerie are the female carvers. A has Daphne and D has Valerie. They are not positioned next to each other (A and D are separated by B and C), so this condition is satisfied.

Solution: Finish the remaining matches

After all the clues, the only expression left is Angry, which goes to B. B’s tool is Knife / Hammer from the final grid, and B’s carver is Milo. A’s expression is Happy, hat Magician, tool Spoon, carver Daphne, color White, score 9. C’s expression is Sad, hat Cowboy, tool Chisel, carver Bill, color Orange, score 7. D’s expression is Evil, hat Party, tool Screwdriver / Drill, carver Valerie, color Green, score 8. The grid is complete.

Trickiest Clues In Profile Perfect Level 518

Clue 4: The Chisel and the “next to” phrasing

This clue says the Chisel is not one of the tools used by people next to the Cowboy hat. At first, that sounds like a negative clue that rules out neighbors. But the clue actually leads you to place the Chisel on the Cowboy hat lantern itself. The linked cells confirm this. Pay close attention to how the clue connects to Clue 8, which places specific tools on certain pumpkins. Once you understand that “not one of the tools used by people next to” means the Chisel belongs to the Cowboy hat pumpkin directly, the confusion clears.

Clue 8: Two tools on the same pumpkin

Clue 8 says the Screwdriver was used to carve details into holes made by the Drill. Some players might think this means two different pumpkins or a sequence of events. But the clue links both tools to the same subject. Since D already has the Drill from the initial answer, D also gets the Screwdriver. That’s why D’s tool cell shows both values.

Clue 11: Left of the Green one without a grid position

This clue doesn’t give you absolute positions, but it tells you the Sad lantern (C) must be to the left of the Green one (D). In a four column grid, that means C is either A, B, or the left of D. Since D is last, C must be third. This positional logic can trip you up if you try to guess the full order too early.

Clue 14: Female carvers are not neighbors

The female carvers are Daphne (A) and Valerie (D). They are not neighbors because A and D are at opposite ends with B and C between them. This clue acts as a final check rather than a deduction tool. If you ever placed Daphne and Valerie next to each other, this clue would break the solve.

Final Thoughts

Profile Perfect Level 518 uses a mix of direct initial answers and relationship clues to build the full picture. The two tool cells with slashes handle the multiple tools used on two different pumpkins. Once you connect the Cowboy hat to the Orange pumpkin and the Drill to Valerie, the rest of the solve flows through the expression, position, and carver clues. Keeping track of which lantern is which and reading the linked cells carefully makes this level straightforward.
