Profile Perfect Level 28 Hints And Walkthrough

This level starts with five answers already filled in from the initial clues, so you’ve got a solid foundation. The rooms are lined up in order (A–E), and several clues rely on adjacency and matching traits. Let’s work through it step by step.

Step 1: Lock in the five starting answers

The puzzle gives us these directly:

  • Room B’s carpet is Leather, and its wall is Wooden.
  • Room E’s decoration is Golden Portrait.
  • Room C’s decoration is Chandelier.
  • Room D’s person is Princess.

I fill those in right away. Now we know the Knight, Prince, Queen, and King still need rooms, and all walls, carpets, and decorations except the ones already set are open.

Step 2: Place the Knight next to the Chandelier

Clue 6 says the Knight is in the room beside the Chandelier. The Chandelier is in Room C, so the Knight could be in Room B or Room D. But Room D already has Princess, so the Knight must be in Room B. That gives us:

  • Room B’s person: Knight.

Step 3: Use the Prince and King wall clue with the adjacency rule

Clue 7: Prince and King share the same wall type. Clue 5: Prince’s room is not next to Princess’s room (Room D).
Let’s check where Prince could go. He can’t be in B (Knight), D (Princess), or C? Actually, if Prince were in Room C, Room C is next to Room D (they’re adjacent), so that would break the “not next to” rule. If Prince were in Room E, Room E is also next to Room D, so that’s out. That leaves only Room A for Prince. So:

  • Room A’s person: Prince.

Now Prince and King have the same wall. We don’t know King’s room yet, but we’ll figure that out next.

Step 4: Determine the wall colors using the Floral and Wooden restriction

screenshot

We already have Room B’s wall as Wooden. Clue 8 says the Floral wall is not next to the Wooden wall. The rooms next to B are A and C, so Floral cannot be in A or C. That means Floral must be in D or E.
But clue 9 tells us the Red Royal carpet complements King’s room. Since the only person left for a room with a royal carpet is King (Prince is in A, Knight in B, Princess in D, so King must be in E), we set:

  • Room E’s person: King.
  • Room E’s carpet: Red Royal (from clue 9).

Now, since Prince and King share the same wall, Room A’s wall equals Room E’s wall. That means both walls are Marble (the only wall left that could match, given the options). So:

  • Room A’s wall: Marble.
  • Room E’s wall: Marble.

Now the Floral wall must go to D (since E is already Marble, and A and C are ruled out by the adjacency rule). That leaves only one wall for Room C: Blue Royal. (Clue 13 later confirms Blue Royal is not paired with Red Royal, which is fine because Red Royal is in E.)

  • Room D’s wall: Floral.
  • Room C’s wall: Blue Royal.

Step 5: Assign the carpets with the Sapphire and Floral neighbor clue

We have Room B’s carpet: Leather, and Room E’s carpet: Red Royal. Clue 10 says the room next to the Sapphire carpet room has a Floral carpet. That means we need to place Sapphire and Floral carpet in adjacent rooms, with Floral being the neighbor. The remaining carpet choices are Emerald, Floral Carpet, and Sapphire.
Look at the rooms. Room A and C are empty for carpets. Room D is empty. Also, Room A is next to B, C next to B and D, D next to C and E. The only pair that fits the clue is if Sapphire is in D and Floral Carpet is in C (since C is next to D). That works perfectly:

  • Room D’s carpet: Sapphire.
  • Room C’s carpet: Floral Carpet.

Then the only carpet left is Emerald, which goes into Room A:

  • Room A’s carpet: Emerald.

Step 6: Place the Sword and Mirror decorations

Clue 11 says the Sword is in the room with Emerald carpet and also in the room with Leather carpet. Emerald carpet is in A, Leather carpet is in B, so both Room A and Room B get the Sword:

  • Room A’s decoration: Sword.
  • Room B’s decoration: Sword.

Clue 12 says the Mirror is not in the room with Floral Carpet. Floral Carpet is in C, so Mirror cannot be in C. The only room left without a decoration is D, so:

  • Room D’s decoration: Mirror.

We already have Chandelier in C and Golden Portrait in E, so all decorations are set.

Step 7: Fill in the final person and confirm the grid

The only person left is Queen, and the only room without a person is C. So:

  • Room C’s person: Queen.

Everything aligns with the clues. The final grid is the one I showed at the top.

Trickiest Clues In Profile Perfect Level 28

Clue 5: “Prince’s room is not next to Princess’s”

This one tripped me up at first because I thought Prince might go in Room C or E, but then I forgot to check adjacency. The rooms are in order A–E, so “next to” means directly adjacent. Princess is in D, so the only rooms not next to D are A and B. B is already taken by Knight, so Prince must go into A. It’s a simple spatial rule, but it’s easy to overlook if you don’t map the room numbers.

Clue 10: “Next to Sapphire carpet room is a Floral carpet room”

This clue doesn’t say which room has which carpet, only that they’re neighbors. You have to figure out the pair that fits the remaining available carpets. Some players might think Sapphire could be in C and Floral in D, but that would make Floral in D – which is possible, but then check clue 8: Floral wall is in D, and there’s no rule against mixing a Floral wall with a Floral carpet, so it’s not blocked by that. However, the later decoration clues (Mirror not in Floral carpet room) and the Sword placements make the C/D assignment the only workable one. The key is to try both possibilities and see which one allows all other clues to fit.

Clue 11: “Sword is in the room with Emerald & Leather carpet”

This phrasing could be read as one room having both carpets (impossible), but the intended meaning is that the Sword appears in the room that has an Emerald carpet and also appears in the room that has a Leather carpet. It’s a two-part statement. Once you know Emerald is in A and Leather is in B, it’s clear both rooms get a Sword. The puzzle doesn’t say the Sword can’t be in two rooms, so it’s fine.

Final Thoughts

Profile Perfect Level 28 is a clean, logical puzzle once you anchor the initial answers and use the adjacency clues to narrow down room assignments. The trickiest part is remembering that “next to” means immediate neighbors, and that some clues (like the Sword) refer to two separate rooms rather than one. Take it step by step, and the grid fills itself. Happy solving!
