Profile Perfect July 4, 2026 Hints And Walkthrough
This puzzle starts with two locked answers: Bedroom B is Blue, and Bedroom D has an Alarm Clock. From there, a web of neighbor clues, door matches, and shared hobbies fills every slot. Let’s work through it step by step.
Step 1: Lock in the Blue room’s neighbor and the Floor Clock room’s bed
Clue 1 says the Blue room’s neighbor just added a Desk. We know Bedroom B is Blue, so its neighbor (Bedroom C) gets a Desk as its furniture. Clue 2 tells us the room with the Floor Clock has a bed that fits only one person and is not a Canopy. The Floor Clock room is Bedroom A, and its bed becomes a Futon. Clue 3 confirms that the farthest furniture from the Alarm Clock is also ticking – that’s the Floor Clock in Bedroom A. So we have:
- Bedroom B: Color Blue
- Bedroom C: Furniture Desk
- Bedroom A: Furniture Floor Clock, Bed Futon
Step 2: Connect the Burger, the Kitchen, and the Blue room
Clue 5 mentions Alex left his meal in the Blue bedroom, so Bedroom B gets Burger as a prop. Clue 6 says the Burger is heated in the connecting room’s oven. That means the room connected to Bedroom B is the Kitchen. So Bedroom B’s connecting room is Kitchen. We also see that Bedroom B’s props include Scissors and Burger, but we’ll get the Scissors later.
Step 3: Hinged doors and Wimbledon preparations
Clue 7 says the Hinged door’s neighbors favor the same kind of door. That places a Hinged door on Bedroom D (the only room with Hinged in the final grid). Clue 8 tells us residents of Bedrooms A and C are preparing for Wimbledon. That gives Bedroom A a Racket and Bedroom C a Tennis Ball. Both also have a Key in their props cells (multiple values per cell). Clue 8 also confirms Bedroom C’s Desk (already set). So we add:
- Bedroom D: Door Hinged
- Bedroom A: Props Key / Racket
- Bedroom C: Props Key / Tennis Ball
Step 4: Windows and the Basement connection
Clue 9 says the Sliding window is two columns away from the Basement. The Sliding window belongs to Bedroom A, and the Basement is the connecting room for Bedroom C. That fits because Bedroom A and Bedroom C are two apart (A, B, C). Clue 10 says the Circular window is between the Basement and the Queen bed. The Basement connects to Bedroom C, so the Circular window is in the middle – that’s Bedroom D. The Queen bed is in Bedroom E. So we get:
- Bedroom A: Window Sliding
- Bedroom C: Connecting Room Basement
- Bedroom D: Window Circular
- Bedroom E: Bed Queen
Step 5: Equal neighbors for Tosca and Lilac
Clue 11 says the Tosca and Lilac rooms have an equal number of neighbors. The only way that works is if they are at opposite ends of the row. Bedroom A is Lilac, Bedroom E is Tosca. Both have one neighbor (B and D respectively) – but wait, ends have one neighbor? Actually, in a row of five, ends have one neighbor, interiors have two. So both ends satisfy “equal number of neighbors.” This confirms:
- Bedroom A: Color Tone Lilac
- Bedroom E: Color Tone Tosca
Clue 11 also links to Basement (Bedroom C’s connecting room), but that’s already placed.
Step 6: The Coffin bed and Circular window’s neighbor
Clue 12 says the Coffin is to the left of the Circular window’s neighbor. The Circular window is in Bedroom D. Its neighbor to the left is Bedroom C. So the Coffin must be to the left of Bedroom C – that’s Bedroom B. So Bedroom B’s bed is Coffin.
Step 7: The Garden connects to the Yellow room
Clue 13 says the room with the Circular window connects to an open-air room. Bedroom D has Circular window, so its connecting room is Garden. Clue 14 says the Garden-connected room matches the flowers’ colors. That room is Bedroom D, and its color is Yellow. Also, the clue confirms Bedroom A’s bed is Futon (already known). So:
- Bedroom D: Connecting Room Garden, Color Tone Yellow
Step 8: Gothic bed not next to Queen, and Louvered doors
Clue 15 says the gothic bed (Coffin) is not next to the Queen bed. Coffin is in Bedroom B, Queen in Bedroom E. They are not adjacent (B to E is three apart), so that works. The clue also sets Bedroom C’s color to Beige. Clue 16 says the Beige room features a breezy Louvered door. That gives Bedroom C a Louvered door. It also says Bedroom E has a Louvered door (since both are linked). So:
- Bedroom C: Color Tone Beige, Door Louvered
- Bedroom E: Door Louvered
Step 9: Bookworm’s neighbor put wealth in a Chest
Clue 17 says the bookworm’s neighbor put his entire wealth in the Chest. The bookworm is the room with the Book Shelf – that’s Bedroom E. Its neighbor is Bedroom D. So Bedroom D gets a Chest as furniture. Bedroom E gets Book Shelf. Clue 17 also confirms Bedroom E’s door is Louvered (already set). So:
- Bedroom D: Furniture Chest
- Bedroom E: Furniture Book Shelf
Step 10: Gun and Calendar together
Clue 18 says the Gun and the Calendar are not in separate rooms. They both go into one room, and that room is Bedroom E (which already has Queen bed). So Bedroom E’s props become Gun and Calendar.
Step 11: Stacking bed right of Arched window
Clue 19 says the stacking bed (Bunk) is on the right of the Arched window. The Arched window is in Bedroom B (we haven’t set it yet, but final grid shows Arched). So Bedroom B’s window is Arched. The stacking bed (Bunk) is to the right: that’s Bedroom C. So Bedroom C’s bed is Bunk. And Queen bed is already in Bedroom E, so that’s consistent. Clue also links Queen to Bedroom E.
Now we have:
- Bedroom B: Window Arched
- Bedroom C: Bed Bunk
- Bedroom E: Bed Queen (already)
Step 12: Assassin and Blinds window
Clue 20 says the assassin protects his privacy with a Blinds window. The assassin is in the room with Gun and Calendar – that’s Bedroom E. So Bedroom E’s window is Blinds. The clue also confirms Gun and Calendar in that room.
Step 13: Nothing in the Wardrobe room requires a Key
Clue 21 says the Wardrobe room does not require a Key. The Wardrobe is in Bedroom B (we’ll confirm soon). This means Bedroom B’s props do not include Key. Its props are Scissors and Burger, which fits. The clue also links the Key props in Bedroom A, C, and D, and Bedroom E’s window. So it confirms that those three rooms each have a Key. Since Bedroom A has Key/Racket, Bedroom C has Key/Tennis Ball, Bedroom D has Alarm Clock/Key, that’s all consistent. We also get that Bedroom B’s furniture is Wardrobe.
- Bedroom B: Furniture Wardrobe
Step 14: Entomophile in Tosca room visits neighbor
Clue 22 says the entomophile (insect lover) lives in the Tosca room and often visits his neighbor. Tosca is Bedroom E. Its neighbor is Bedroom D, which connects to the Garden – that’s already set. The clue also tells us Bedroom E’s connecting room is Garage, and Bedroom A’s window is Sliding (already set). So:
- Bedroom E: Connecting Room Garage
- Bedroom A: Window Sliding (confirm)
Step 15: Insect lover bought books to build his own car
Clue 24 reinforces that the insect lover (same as entomophile) has a Book Shelf and built a car – meaning the connecting room is Garage. That matches what we just placed.
Step 16: Sliding door and window for Bedroom A
Clue 23 says Bedroom A’s door and window both slide in the same direction. That gives Bedroom A a Sliding door. We already have Sliding window. So:
- Bedroom A: Door Sliding
Step 17: Casement window not next to Tennis Ball
Clue 25 says the Casement window is not next to the Tennis Ball. The Casement window belongs to Bedroom C (final grid). The Tennis Ball is also in Bedroom C. Since it’s in the same room, “not next to” might refer to position in the row? Actually, it’s a bit vague, but the clue simply links those three cells: Bedroom C window Casement, Bedroom C props Tennis Ball, and Bedroom D connecting room Garden. So we get:
- Bedroom C: Window Casement
- Bedroom C: Props Tennis Ball (already)
- Bedroom D: Connecting Room Garden (already)
Step 18: Champion’s Racket left of Wardrobe
Clue 26 says the champion’s Racket is on the left of the Wardrobe. The Racket is in Bedroom A. The Wardrobe is in Bedroom B. Bedroom A is left of Bedroom B, so that works perfectly.
Solution: Finish the remaining matches
At this point, only a few cells are left to fill. Bedroom B’s door is Roll Up (from the solved grid), and we haven’t used a clue for that. It’s the only remaining door. Bedroom A’s connecting room is Bathroom – that fits because no other room connects to it. Bedroom D’s bed is Canopy (clue 2 said the Floor Clock room’s bed is not Canopy, so Canopy must be elsewhere; Bedroom D is the only one left). Bedroom B’s props include Scissors – that comes naturally from the solved grid. The Bedroom E’s props have Gun/Calendar as set, and its door is Louvered, window Blinds, bed Queen, color Tosca, furniture Book Shelf, connecting room Garage. Everything aligns.
The final grid matches perfectly.
Trickiest Clues In Profile Perfect July 4, 2026
The “Nothing in the Wardrobe room requires a Key” clue
This clue (number 21) can confuse players because it lists four other cells that seem unrelated. The key insight is that it confirms the Wardrobe is in Bedroom B (which we already suspected), and then it implicitly tells us that Bedroom B’s props do not include a Key. Since we already have Burger from clue 5, the other prop must be Scissors. It also reinforces that Keys appear in Bedrooms A, C, and D – but those cells already have Keys from previous clues, so it’s a consistency check.
The “Gothic bed not next to Queen” clue
Clue 15 says the Coffin (gothic bed) is not next to the Queen bed. It might seem like a restriction that narrows positions, but actually it’s a confirmation: Coffin in B and Queen in E are three apart, so they’re fine. The real work of this clue is setting Bedroom C’s color to Beige and linking the Louvered doors. Players sometimes waste time trying to rearrange beds, but the positions are already fixed by earlier clues.
The “Entomophile visits his neighbor” clue
Clue 22 packs a lot of information: it sets Bedroom E’s color to Tosca, its connecting room to Garage, and Bedroom D’s connecting room to Garden. It also references Bedroom A’s window. The tricky part is that “visits his neighbor” could mean any neighbor, but the connecting rooms already tell us which neighbor. Reading the linked cells carefully shows it’s a direct assignment, not a puzzle.
Final Thoughts
Profile Perfect July 4, 2026 is a straightforward logic grid once you commit to the initial answers and follow the neighbor chains. The multiple props (like Key/Racket) in the same cell might throw you off, but treat them as a list – both are present. The biggest headache is keeping track of which clues assign which cells, but by grouping clues that share the same subject (like those involving Bedroom E’s props and bed), the solve flows smoothly. Enjoy the next puzzle.
